In Diablo 2 Resurrected, there are 5 helmet runewords. They are Lore, Nadir, Dream, Delirium, and Radiance. The Lore runeword is by far the best and most popular of the 5. It is very popular because it’s +1 to all skills and +2 mana after each kill bonuses are really powerful, especially considering that it is not particularly difficult to find the necessary ingredients. The Lore runeword is OrtSol, so you need to place an Ort rune and then a Sol rune to any 2-socket helmet to make it. However, you need to be aware that you cannot use a helmet with more than 2 sockets, and you cannot put the runes in the wrong order. It must be Ort first, and then Sol. The other way around is useless.
In the early game, it’s kinda easy to get a 2-socket helmet. The best and easiest way to get these two runes is to repeatedly defeat The Countess in the Forgotten Tower on Nightmare difficulty until you get the rune you want.
