Welcome back to my Elden Ring guide. Here I show you my Giant-Crusher build. This is a Colossal Weapon that primarily scales with strength and focuses on using Charge Attack power.

This weapon requires 60 Strength to use properly. It weighs 26.5, which also makes it one of the heaviest weapons in the game. Players will also consume a lot of stamina when using it to attack. Therefore, I suggest you prepare some items that can increase the speed of physical recovery in advance.

Also, Giant-Crusher can be infused with Ash of War and upgraded with Smithing Stones. Despite its slow attack speed, this weapon can deal massive damage to enemies, especially when attacking hard.

In some cases, the weapon can also be used to block enemy attacks. Because it has high physical defense damage offset and defense enhancement.

Giant-Crusher & Ash Of War Locations

First, you can find this Giant-Crusher in the chest behind the wagon located south of Sites of Grace next to Outer Wall Phantom Tree. You can infuse this weapon with Ash of War: Royal Knight’s Resolve and choose fire as the primary Weapon Affinity, as it has the highest attack rating.

With this Ash of War, you can boost your next attack by a massive 80%. But the buff disappears immediately after attacking. You can find this Ash of War in a room below the main area of Volcano Manor.

Spell

For buffs and protection, Golden Vow and Black Flame’s Protection might be good choices. With Golden Vow, you can increase your damage to +15% and increase its Damage Nullity by 10% for 80 seconds. The other is Black Flame’s Protection, which increases your Nullification of Physical Damage by 35%.

Seal

For Seal, you can use a basic Finger Seal. You can get it by spending 800 Elden Ring Runes at the Twin Maiden Husks in Roundtable Hold.

Talismans

There are also some Talismans that can be used to increase my attack power and stamina regeneration rate. With Great-Jar’s Arsenal, you can increase your maximum equipment load by 19%. Next with Green Turtle Talisman, you can increase the stamina regeneration rate by 8 per second.

Another Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman that reduces the physical damage you take by 20%. Last but not least, using an Axe Talisman increases your Charge Attack damage by 10%.

Crystal Tears

Plus, you can use a combination of two Crystal Tears to boost your stats. Using Opaline Hardtear increases all damage nullified by 15% for 3 minutes. Another Spiked Cracked Tear that boosts your Charge Attack by 15% for 3 minutes. For armor, this Crucible Axe Set will provide your character with excellent protection.

Stats

This build meets the basic requirements for Colossal Weapon and Black Flame’s Protection. For stats, I put most stats on strength to increase my attack power.

In this build, I set Vigor to 40, mind to 20, Endurance to 40, and Strength to 69 or more to increase my attack power. Among them, Black Flame’s Protection requires Intelligence to be above 30 for this build, while Dexterity and Arcane are unchanged.

Showcase

How this build works is that first you can consume Crystal Tears, cast Golden Vow and Black Flame’s Protection to buff your character. After that you can use Ash of War: Royal Knight’s Resolve to enhance your weapons. Then start Charge Attack, causing devastating damage to the enemy.
