Just walk up to Stable Masters and you'll have the option to increase the Mount's riding speed by 1 for a small amount of gold. The only downside to this method is that it has a time limit, so you have to come back every day to increase the speed by 1.

2. Buy Crown Lessons

You can also purchase Crown Lessons to quickly increase your Mount's riding speed. This method costs more gold, and you can spend 1,000 crowns to increase the Mount's riding speed by 10 (up to a maximum of 60).
