Nilou, our Dancing Queen and my waifu, she's coming on the banner very soon for the next version. Today we're going to discuss her pre-release information to have a basic understanding of her potential, and then help you to decide whether pulling her is good or not. Of course this is only pre-release information, so anything that we have discussed will have the potential to change as long as official released, now let's just dive into it.
First off we're going to be going in depth into her skills, Nilou is going to be getting bonus HP on her Ascension, she is basically going to be having everything onto her HP. Normal attack is going to be having a three consecutive source track, but we are not ever going to be using this.
Then what's most important though is her E skill, whenever you press her E skill, it's gonna first off deal Hydro damage to nearby opponents based on Nilou Max HP, and then if you continue to press on no more attack, she would have a hydro infusion onto her sword and continuously deal a three hits track for up to 8 seconds. However, if you continue to press the E skill again, she will go into whirling step stance where she will also deal three hits, but at the end of the third hit, there will be a hydro ring that surrounds your active character for up to 12 seconds, when anyone is within the AOE of that hydro ring, they are going to be affected by Hydro reaction.
Her burst mechanism is simple, she will first do an instance of AOE Hydro damage and then applying a Lingering Aeon effect onto all of the opponent's hits, then after a while which is basically one to two seconds, the enemies will take another instance of damage from the Lingering Aeon effect.
On top of all the skills that Nilou has, her passive Talent is basically her most important, when Nilou is run in a dendro and hydro character only team, she will ground off your nearby character what's called a Golden Chalice Bounty for up to 30 seconds after using her E skill, Whenever your character is hit by a general attack, all of your members on the team will have a hundred EM bonus. Considering that you're basically going to get hit by dendro damage, you're always going to have this effect applied.
Meanwhile, her second Passive Talent is also very good, every a thousand points of Nilou Max HP above 30k will cost damage to increased. Overall, you don't really have to worry about the build, just stack as much HP as you can. Nilou based everything on her HP, even for her personal damage, like her burst damage or her sword stance damage.
For her team build and more details on her gearing, keep following MMOWTS.com, we will keep updating Nilou's messages and low pricy Genshin Impact Accounts.
