As WOW Classic begins to transition from Vanilla Classic to The Burning Crusade Classic, players will face some tweaks and issues. During the transition period, Blizzard has announced that the Auction House will no longer be available to anyone.
The beta of TBC Classic has been online for some time. The pre-patch will start on May 18th. TBC Classic will go live on June 1st at 3 pm PDT. At that time, you will need to make a permanent choice, whether to stay on the original server or transfer your characters to the TBC Classic server. If you want to stay on both servers at the same time, you need to spend $35 for clone fees.
The Auction House will be shut down from 10 am PDT (1 PM EDT) on May 14th (Friday) to May 18th.
Blizzard has announced that it will shut down all Auction Houses in WOW Classic for 4 days. Because this transition requires special handling, because some characters will be transferred to the TBC expansion, while other characters will remain in Vanilla forever, Blizzard needs to take special measures to ensure that the move can proceed smoothly.
Blizzard also reminded players not to refrain from posting new auctions right around when the downtime will begin, because the auction fees will not be refunded. Most importantly, any items listed during this time may be lost, so don't take risks.
The Burning Crusade was originally released in 2007, and fans are excited to see the beta of TBC starting at the end of March 2021. Since then, Blizzard announced a series of updates and small changes, some of which disappointed long-term TBC fans.
With Blizzard canceling the visit to AH, many players are confused about how to make their final Classic raids. In the last week of Vanilla, you may need to work hard to get potions, materials, and more you want before prepatch drops.
