Conditions for Refunding
1 .We failed to complete your order within the time frame.
2 .Our operation error caused the order not to be delivered.
Refund Initiatively
If your payment information is ranked automatically as high risk or your personal information does not match original bank data, we will initiatively refund and cancel the order.
Steps of Refunding

2 .After receiving your request, the customer service will check your order and determine whether the order meets the conditions.
3 .If your order meets the refund model, we will grant the request immediately. Depending on your payment method, the time it takes for the money to reach your account will vary.
PS: Paypal funds will be back to your Paypal accounts within 24 hours.
Different Refund Forms
1 .If your order is undelivered, we will refund all your money.
2 . If your order has been partially delivered, we will refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion.
3 .If you want to purchase our products in the future, we can exchange the refundable amount for an equivalent voucher, which you can use on your next purchase.
